Refund policy

1. General Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • Inspection Before Use: We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. Once an item has been opened, used, or altered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions to the General Policy

Under the CPA, you may return goods in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Unsafe Goods: If the product is defective or unsafe, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within six months of delivery. 

  • Direct Marketing Purchases: For items purchased through direct marketing, you have a five-day cooling-off period to cancel the contract and receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned unopened within 10 business days. 

  • Unsuitable for a Particular Purpose: If you informed us of a specific purpose for the product and it does not fulfill that purpose, you may return it within 10 business days for a refund. 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return under the above exceptions:

     within the applicable timeframe, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorisation: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a defect within the first month there after it's up to you. 

  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping costs and any gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 20% Handling Fee will be charge should the item be dispatched before cancellation

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments

  • Personal lubricants, massage oils, pills or body/hair products

  • C-rings, extenders and intimate pumps

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or altered
